- 150th Projects Completed
“Let me take you back to when I was drowning in an unhealthy work culture at my previous job. 12-13 hour workdays were the norm, with late-night meetings added on top – even when I was sick or struggling with intense menstrual cramps. My boss turned a blind eye when I requested period leave to rest and recharge. I lived on painkillers just to power through, but it took a massive toll on my health. There were no clear project execution processes, creating more chaos and stress. By the time I decided to quit, I was completely burnt out.
That’s when I discovered AtliQ Technologies and read about their famed employee-first culture. I was instantly drawn in, picturing a healthier environment where I would be valued as an individual. For a whole year, I obsessively checked their website, waiting for the perfect Product Owner role to open up. You can not imagine my joy when I finally got that interview call from AtliQ! Around the same time, my previous employer dangled a 50% raise to lure me back. But the choice was crystal clear – I chose AtliQ for the sake of my mental peace and well-being.
One thing I admire at AtliQ is that everyone’s presence is respected. No information is surpassed from me & I’m always kept in the loop even if I’m not readily available at a particular time. This keeps me well informed of everything happening in and around the projects. I get to express my thoughts freely and my ideas are valued. What struck me most was the radical transparency and egalitarian policies. From the top management to an intern, the same rules applied to everyone without hierarchy. We were all respected as human beings first.
Within 3 months, I completed my probation period and with the guidance and supervision of senior colleagues a couple of months later, I was promoted to lead the team of product owners and designated as a Project Manager too. It wasn’t just about the titles though – it was about the trust my team had in me and the way leadership responded to my initiatives with support. When I wanted to refine processes, they empowered me to learn on the go and implement changes.
I’ll never forget the first time I took menstrual leave without any shame or guilt. That was a turning point for me in feeling truly valued as an employee.
At AtliQ, there’s a genuine sense of community and support. We all grow together, celebrating each other’s wins and life events. When I got married, it was like my second family, my entire team was there, cheering me on as I stepped into this new phase. And the workaholic in me was so thrilled that I started discussing work with them in my wedding attire. Well, I got scolded for the same!
These days, I’m able to strike that elusive work-life balance. My personal and professional families coexist in beautiful harmony. I have AtliQ’s employee-first policies to thank for finally feeling like a human being, not just a resource.”
“Life wasn’t easy after I lost my father as a teenager. My mother did everything for us, and all she wanted was to see me in a good place.
When I started as a graphics designer at my last company for just 7500 rupees/month, I wondered if I had made the wrong choice. They had very strict processes – fixed timings, set workflows, and narrow scopes focused on repetitive projects. While it gave good training, there was little flexibility, room for creativity, personal growth, or team bonding. The work hours were intense but interactions outside of core work were minimal.
Things got really bad when they denied my leave for my wedding. I don’t know what came over me, but I quit the job. I got married while unemployed. I was all set to go abroad and start afresh, but it would mean moving away from my family. I didn’t feel ready for that, but I felt I had no other options. That’s when a friend introduced me to AtliQ, a promising startup with no design team. I took a chance, interviewed, and was excited to be selected as their first designer.
From day one, I’ve experimented with my work. The good is welcomed, and the bad is critiqued to help me improve. I got to train directly under Bhavin sir to become a manager. I not only learned how to manage a team, but I feel trained to support and guide others too. It’s not just about managing work – it’s about managing human beings.
I remember once when I called Bhavin sir home, my mother talked about how she wanted me to go abroad. But now she’s so happy that I’m in a good place. Bhavin sir replied, ‘Your son will always be with you.’ As I reflect on the journey these past nearly 5 years, I realize how far I’ve come. Now, as the graphic team manager, this isn’t just a workplace; it’s become my second family.
The happiness, bonds, and peace I feel here mirror those in my own home. At AtliQ, we share everything – from meals to being part of each other’s special moments. And you know what? My son adores my colleagues too! This isn’t just an extended family; it’s my family, and I couldn’t be happier.”
“Teaching was my first love, but fate had other plans for me. After an unfortunate incident forced me to switch careers, I felt lost. However, I’ve always had a creative bent of mind and an eye for aesthetics. So I decided to bet on myself and learn web design from scratch. It was incredibly difficult at first – the coding concepts seemed so alien. Many nights I stayed up watching tutorial videos, practicing projects, and reading forums to understand it all. Slowly but surely, things started to click.
Eventually, I got hired as a web designer. It was thrilling to see my work go live online! The feedback from my clients was encouraging. However, I yearned to do more than just bring websites to life visually. I wanted to dive deeper into user experiences and interfaces. So during my free time, I started learning UX/UI design.
A close friend who knew my aspirations told me about AtliQ Technologies. She said they were looking for a UI/UX designer. I was very nervous during the multiple interview rounds. But I guess AtliQ saw my potential because they offered me the job! Joining AtliQ marked a turning point in my career. For the first time, I felt truly challenged at work – but in the best way possible. I was entrusted with end-to-end ownership of complex design projects. Every day I learned new skills and techniques. My confidence as a designer grew tremendously. My journey from my old job to AtliQ was tough initially. The supportive culture and exciting projects have made this the best job ever. I’m so grateful that AtliQ helped me spread my wings as a UI/UX designer.
But what mattered just as much was AtliQ’s focus on work-life balance. These days, I’m able to attend all my kids’ events at school without worrying about salary deductions for being late to work. I also get time for family in the evenings & pursue hobbies again. We even got to bring our families to AtliQ’s big Diwali celebration last year – the kids loved it!
I also improved my physical and mental health thanks to AtliQ’s wellness initiatives. Feeling healthier made me even more creative and energetic at work! It’s rare to find a company that truly cares about employee happiness and well-being. There was one time when I was going through some personal issues and struggling. AtliQ didn’t just give me time off, but they also supported me through it. Another time, I wanted to take an advanced design course and the management supported the decision and allowed me to spend working hours learning it.
I get to go home on time, be with my family, take care of my health, and do things I enjoy. At the same time, I can give my best at work without burning out. Now I look forward to each new day of creative challenges! “
“For many, an office is just a workplace. But for me, AtliQ Technologies is like a big family. I come from a humble background, and from a young age, I’ve had to work hard to support my family along with my studies. When I was looking for a full-time job, I met Bhavin sir who was hiring an office boy at his small company called Infobizz back then in Vidyanagar. I gladly took on the responsibility of managing the office.
As the company grew into AtliQ Technologies and shifted to Vadodara, things got tougher for me. I had to travel 40 km daily by local train. To make ends meet, I juggled two jobs, working 12-15 hours every single day. But I did whatever it took to provide for my family.
Here’s the thing, I’m the early bird around here. First one in, start the day by lighting a diya. Then, it’s all hands on deck – from office supplies to welcoming clients with chai. I help everyone with everything. One of my favorite parts? Making sure Bhavin sir gets his daily dose of fruits. Keeps him healthy, and makes me feel responsible, you know?
I coordinate with vendors and assist the HR team with activities and events. In fact, I don’t just help organize events, I happily participate in them too! That’s how much I’ve become a part of this AtliQ family.
One day, while casually chatting with Bhavin sir about my second job. He learned how much I was working, and he gave me a raise! That meant I could quit my other job and spend more time with my family.
People here know I’m very photogenic and they love to tease me about it sometimes. For me, AtliQ is my family, and they treat me with love and respect like one of their own.”
